Our story
"It all began in the jungle, where distance is not measured in kilometers but in hours of travel."
In Shuar and Achuar communities, a group of young doctors, lawyers and volunteers came together to bring health, care and hope where no one else was reaching. People called them WÁKU — a friend who extends a hand and asks for nothing in return.
Today, WÁKU Project keeps that Amazonian root alive while looking toward the future. Because the spirit of the jungle can also transform cities, companies and hearts.
